PCBELEC may decline, modify, or request clarification regarding any inquiry, quotation request, design, file, or proposed project.

5. File Uploads and User Submissions

The Website may allow you to submit information, files, Gerber data, fabrication drawings, stackup details, specifications, and other project materials (“User Submissions”) for quotation, engineering review, communication, or potential manufacturing purposes.

By submitting User Submissions, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Submissions or have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to submit them to PCBELEC.
• Your User Submissions do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual-property right, confidentiality obligation, privacy right, contract, export-control requirement, or other legal right of any third party.
• Your User Submissions do not contain malware, harmful code, or content that may damage or disrupt our systems.
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and sufficient for PCBELEC to understand the purpose of your inquiry.

You retain ownership of your User Submissions. You grant PCBELEC a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, reproduce, store, review, and internally share your User Submissions only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, perform engineering or manufacturing planning, provide requested services, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
